We do our best to respond to support emails within 24-48 hours. 

Please note: We do our best to respond within 24hrs during the business week. if you do not get a response within 24hrs, we may be experiencing high email volume. We will respond as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for orders to ship. During promotions, sales or holidays ship time may be delayed up to 2 business days. Orders received over the weekend and USPS observed holidays, will be shipped no sooner than the following business day.

Return Policy

Because Gladiator Gummies are perishable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on perishable items.

What is your shipping policy?

Gladiator GummieS ships via USPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders made after 3pm MST will ship on the next business day.  Please allow 1 business day for order processing and shipment. During promotions, sales or holidays ship time may be delayed up to 2 business days. Orders received over the weekend and USPS observed holidays, will be shipped no sooner than the following business day. Orders are shipped via USPS and will contain a projected shipping time frame.

Note: When searching your tracking number on usps.com you may see "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package". Sometimes this happens when the post office has the package but has not scanned it into their system.

I ordered a few days ago, but the post office says they do not have the package

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

 Shipping is calculated at checkout on all orders. 

Where will my order be shipped from?

 All orders ship from Phoenix, AZ

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 Please allow 1 business day for order processing and shipment. During promotions, sales or holidays ship time may be delayed up to 2 business days. Orders received over the weekend and USPS observed holidays, will be shipped no sooner than the following business day. Orders are shipped via USPS and will contain a projected shipping time frame. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

How can I check the status of my order?

 if you have a question about the status of your order, please refer to the tracking number provided. If you no longer have the tracking number provided, please contact us at info@gladiator-gummies.com  and we will locate the tracking number for you.

I have not received an email confirming my order

 If you have not received a confirmation email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails are misrouted into your spam folder.

My package is lost

 If your package is lost en route to its destination, please contact us as soon as possible. We will verify with the carrier and correct the issue ASAP.

When are new items released?

 We're glad you asked. Please sign up for email and SMS notifications to stay up to date. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product or have a sale.

What is your restocking schedule?

 Due to production demands and our relative "small business" status, restocking can take a little longer than we would like. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. Or reach out to us--we can double check for you and verify stock supply.

My payment declined but but the charge still appears on my account as pending or processing

 We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. Please follow up with your bank for more information. 

Can I leave a review?

Yes! You will receive an email with a request to review our product. This email is delivered 3 days after the order is processed.
